「正向心理學」專業培訓
正向心理學(Positive Psychology) 是一門近年新興的心理學。它糾正了傳統心理學過份側重病態心理的毛病，為尋找積極快樂的人生提供科學化的理論和研究基礎。它的誕生源於美國心理學學會會長沙利文博士 (Dr. Martin Seligman) 的研究。藉科學的方法了解和發揮人類優越的心理素質。
聯合情緒健康教育中心一向致力運用正向心理學的知識，推廣心理健康教育。本中心的「正向心理學」專業培訓計劃，專為不同機構及企業提供正向心理培訓。計劃內容由臨床心理學家及註冊社工度身設計，務求切合不同性質和大小機構的需要。
正向心理專業培訓內容包括：
1. 教授如何培養員工的正面情緒和積極思維；
2. 以互動形式教授正向心理學的理論和概念，如：
快樂、感恩、寬恕、正面人際關係、神馳、美德與優點、靜觀、樂觀等3. 如何在工作和人生當中尋找意義。
(機構可跟據不同需要，於列出的主題內，揀選切合同工需要的部份用作培訓之用。)
研究證實，此等正向心理學元素有助提升員工的正面思維、創意和解決問題的能力，進而提升整體員工的工作效率及服務質素，使員工個人及機構方面都相得益彰。
